Sufficient lighting with no shadows
Eyes open and visible and no glare on eyeglasses
Maximum size: (File max size allowed: 32 MB)
No hats or sunglasses
The image dimensions must be in a square aspect ratio (the height must be equal to the width).
Minimum image dimensions: 100 x 100 pixels
Maximum image dimensions: 2500 x 2500 pixels or 4cm x 4cm
Scanned at a resolution of 300 pixels per inch (12 pixels per millimeter)
