Required documents

  • 2 x photos 4X4
  • Air Ticket
  • Authorisation letter in case one or both parents are not travelling
  • Copies of parents’ identification documents
  • Copy of Cameroonian Identity Card
  • Copy of passport of the person to accompany the child in case both parents are not travelling
  • Copy of your passport
  • Motivation letter in case both parents and children are travelling
  • Police affidavit (declaration of lost passport)
  • Written application for ETD
  • Cost: R2000
